When we started roomforty and were asked to venture outside our own venue, we automatically saw what was lacking in the industry. Large-scale invite lists were always associated with metal heating plates and bulk served food that was unappealing and lacking presentation. At roomforty, we understand that sight is just as important as taste when it comes to a meal that excels. Thus the concept of a restaurant without walls, allowing people to enjoy beautiful and experimental courses that brought refinement back to the cuisine element of events.
What we wish to bring to the catering space is food and wine pairing found in world-renowned restaurants, with the service to match. We believe investing in something meant to honor life’s successes shouldn’t be seen as an afterthought, but instead as a way to make a lasting impression through culinary éclat.
The upscale neighborhood bistro we envisioned creating in the beginning is still at the heart of what we do, but instead of staying in one location of our sprawling city we wanted to be able to take that experience to where you need us. We can’t wait for you to experience it.
