our valentine's day winemaker dinner with clos soléne

For the 9th year in a row we were happy to hijack the year's worst night to be in a restaurant and offer something memorable and exciting for the roomforty community this Valentine's Day. Along with Guillaume Fabre, winemaker and creator of Paso Robles winery Clos Soléne we paired our cuisine with Guillaume's highly allocated offerings from barrel to glass, which sell out every year. 

Hosted by our founder Steve Fortunato and Guillaume Fabre, the night was held at our home base of The Fig House. Over a hundred guests joined us for an evening of exceptional food along with exclusive wine pairings that allowed for an enhanced experience.
