Thought of as a blank canvas that allow appetizers to turn into art, chef Libry Darusman and founder Steve Fortunato collaborated to create a way of plating hors d'oeuvres that would integrate the guests into the action. Blending the world of composition and guest engagement, the roomforty activation station offers a festive and artistic way for party goers to enjoy appetizers in a totally out of the box format. The activation station is a self-contained package, able to be set up in any venue with ease. From fresh heart of palm cylinders with sweet corn filling and quinoa vinaigrette to ahi pastrami with watercress aioli, candied citrus and puffed grains, the variety of savory starters are as visually appealing as they are delicious.
